Siddiq is a pleasure to work with. I was impressed by how fast he learned the subject area and was contributing within a matter of days on our scrum team. He worked well with the business and was great at gathering requirements and implementing them and then getting feedback. He is a great asset to any team.

Siddiq Ahmed was an excellent consultative resource in my role as a front end engineer. During the last month of the project, we initiated a redesign of the user interface and I developed a mobile web version of cloud.cisco.com. He happily offered his user experience knowledge and helped provide that second professional opinion and suggestions on design proposals. He provided excellent mocks using Balsamiq as a mocking tool and presented them to the team. Not only was a he an excellent professional partner but we were also closer personally.

Siddiq was Software Engineer part of the scrum team that I managed for advanced service portal for Cisco Cloud for several months. Siddiq is technically smart takes initiatives to design and deliver quality software responsively. He steps up to take leadership roles and expresses his ideas very effectively. He is great team player and an asset to the team. He has ventured to do something innovative in advanced service portal development. He is fun to work with.

I got to know Siddiq during the development of the Self-Service Portal for Cisco's Cloud OpenStack IaaS platform. In his role Siddig was responsible to analyze workloads and data association models for the user management component, develop and build reports monitoring defined KPI's, develop automated routines for data cleanup and support the billing requirements. I really enjoyed working with Siddiq as he demonstrated great judgment determining how to best approach the workload analysis and to meet the reporting objectives. During the initial release of this complex system he was always looking for creative problem solving approaches and was excellent at troubleshooting and debugging which helped speeding up the bug fixes. I really enjoyed working with Siddig as part of the agile development team.

Mr. Syed grasps new concepts quickly and accepts constructive criticism and instruction concerning his work. While Mr. Syed was in my class he supervised a team of five; his interaction with the client was invaluable. His responsibility involved working with a project that involved research determined by our institute and strategically representing that information. I would like to mention here, that Mr. Syed is accurate and thorough in his research, pays attention to details, and has no dread of routine work. His extraordinary ability to analyze problems and outline necessary courses of action makes him a valuable asset to any team.
